Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all contracts between dachdev and the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

A contract is formed through an individual offer from dachdev and its acceptance by the client. The scope of services follows from the offer. Prices are stated personally in the offer, not on this website.

The client provides required content, access and approvals in good time and warrants that supplied content is free of third-party rights.

We deliver the agreed work in review rounds. The number of revision rounds follows from the offer. After delivery, the work is deemed accepted if the client does not report justified defects within a reasonable period.

The first year of hosting is included with a website project. After that, hosting is optional and chargeable per offer. Content changes and new features after acceptance are separate services.

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the website created and its content. Content, domain and site belong to the client, with no lock-in. Third-party software used remains subject to its own licences.

We remedy defects in what we created within a warranty period from acceptance. For damage caused by slight negligence we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual duties and limited in amount to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

An AI assistant provided answers from the client's approved knowledge, identifies itself as AI and does not replace legally binding information. The client remains responsible for the approved content.

The law of the Republic of Kosovo applies, unless mandatory consumer protection rules at the client's habitual residence take precedence.
