How does a project work with you?
We start with a short conversation, clarify goals and content, design and build the site and refine it with you in rounds. Then it goes live, and we handle ongoing operation if you want.
What does a website cost?
It depends on scope, every project is different. After a short conversation we prepare an individual, transparent quote with no hidden costs. We discuss prices personally, not through a list on the site.
Do you really work fully remotely?
Yes. dachdev is a remote studio based in Kosovo that serves the DACH region. Coordination runs by video, phone and email, which keeps delivery lean and fast. We are honest about it: no local office, just modern remote collaboration.
Do you serve the whole DACH region?
Yes, we work for businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in German and English. We know the linguistic differences and the legal disclosure requirements of all three countries.
How fast will my website be live?
A focused website is usually live in two to four weeks, depending on scope and how quickly content is ready. Larger projects are planned in clear phases.
Is the website GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We build privacy in from the start: two-click consent for third-party embeds, a cookie banner before scripts and understandable privacy texts. The AI assistant is hosted in the EU and identifies itself as AI.
Do I own the website in the end?
Yes. Content, domain and site belong to you, with no lock-in. You can move the site to another provider at any time.
What about hosting?
The first year of hosting is included with every project, with SSL, daily backups, monitoring and security updates. From the second year the site runs on a predictable hosting plan you can cancel any time.
Can you take over my existing website?
In many cases yes. We review the existing site, migrate it cleanly or rebuild it and use redirects so existing rankings stay intact.
What languages do you work in?
We work in German and English and build multilingual websites with correct hreflang. The AI assistant replies in whatever language the customer writes or speaks.

Is the website usable on mobile?
Yes, we design every page mobile first. On a smartphone the most important action, such as calling or inquiring, is always one tap away.
SEO & Content
How long until SEO takes effect?
SEO is an ongoing process. First movements are often visible after a few weeks, stable results over months. We rely on a clean foundation and content that holds up over time.
Do you guarantee position one on Google?
No, no one can seriously guarantee that. We provide a technically strong foundation, local visibility and good content and work transparently on measurable improvements.
What is local SEO?
Local SEO makes a business findable when someone nearby searches for a service, for example via Google Maps and the Google Business Profile.
AI Chatbot
What can the AI assistant do?
It chats and talks with visitors, answers questions from the company's own knowledge, captures leads and appointment requests and hands off to a human when needed. On request it performs actions like status lookups after verification.
Does the assistant make up answers?
No. It answers only from the company's approved information. If it does not know something, it says so honestly and connects the customer to a real person instead of inventing an answer.
Is the assistant GDPR-compliant?
Yes. It is hosted in the EU, identifies itself as AI and conversations are not used to train models. A data-processing agreement is provided.
Can I use the assistant on my existing website?
Yes. The assistant embeds in any existing website with one line of code, with nothing to rebuild. Or you get it together with a new website.
