Privacy Policy
We treat your data confidentially and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). dachdev is a provider outside the EU; the GDPR applies because we address people in the EU (Art. 3(2) GDPR).
Controller
The controller for data processing is Dachdev L.L.C., Mis Edith Durham 1, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo, email kontakt@dachdev.com. An EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR will be named.
What data we process
- Server log data: when you open the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date, time and the page requested, to ensure operation and security.
- Contact and inquiry forms: the details you enter (such as name, email, phone, message), in order to handle your inquiry.
- AI assistant: if you actively start the assistant, your inputs are processed to provide answers. The assistant is hosted in the EU and identifies itself as AI.
Legal bases
Processing is carried out to initiate a contract and handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning web presence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where required, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Recipients and processors
We use carefully selected service providers as processors, for example for hosting, email delivery and the AI assistant. Contracts under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with them. We provide a list of the processors we use on request.
Transfer to third countries
As a provider based in Kosovo, we also process data outside the EU. We put appropriate safeguards in place for this under Chapter V GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We deliberately host the AI assistant in the EU.
Retention
We store personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes or statutory retention periods, and delete it afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Third-party embeds
We load third-party content such as maps or videos only after your explicit consent (two-click principle). Before that, no data flows to the respective providers. See the Cookie Policy for more.
