What is a two-click gate?
An embed such as a map or video loads only when the visitor actively agrees, instead of sending data to third parties right away. Before that, only a placeholder is shown.
Does this also apply to an AI assistant?
Yes. An assistant is clearly labelled as AI, loads on a consent basis and is covered in the privacy policy along with a data-processing agreement. That keeps the AI part GDPR-compliant too.
