Our approach for your industry

Patients need clear orientation, not promotional language. We build practice and clinic websites that are accessible to BFSG (WCAG 2.1 AA) so that older and visually impaired patients can use the site safely. The AI assistant reduces the load on the practice team for routine questions about hours and services and captures appointment requests in a structured way. It explicitly does not answer medical questions: it states its limits clearly and directs patients with specific health concerns to the practice team.

What you get

  • Accessible website to BFSG and WCAG 2.1 AA
  • Hours and services overview at a glance, on mobile and desktop
  • Appointment request form with speciality selection and callback option
  • AI assistant for routine questions and appointment requests, GDPR-compliant
  • Directions and Google Maps integration without a data-protection issue

Frequently asked questions

Is it permissible to use an AI assistant on a medical practice website?

Yes, when the scope is clearly defined. Our assistant answers organisational questions: hours, directions, covered services, appointment requests. It does not answer medical or diagnostic questions: it identifies itself as AI, states its limits and refers patients to the practice team. The EU AI Act requires exactly this transparency, which we build in by default.

What does BFSG mean for our practice and when does it apply?

The Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) has required businesses including those with fewer than 10 employees to make their websites accessible since June 2025, if they provide services to consumers. Medical practices fall under this rule. We build your website WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant from the start and document the conformance statement.

How is patient data from appointment requests stored?

Appointment requests are transmitted encrypted and forwarded directly to your practice inbox. The AI assistant does not store conversations longer than technically necessary, and a data-processing agreement is included in every engagement. Hosting is in the EU, GDPR-compliant.
